Before you cast your line, make sure you have a fishing license, which you can pick up at Walmart or Half Hitch Tackle, just a quarter mile away.  

There are some exceptions to this requirement, such as children under 16, members of the US Armed Forces home on leave for 30 days or less, and residents aged 65 or older with a no-cost Florida Resident Senior Citizen license.  

Our 24-foot boats can accommodate up to 12 passengers at a time. If you have a larger group, consider renting a second boat or taking out a Jet Ski or kayak.  

While alcohol is allowed on the boat, please be aware of BUI laws. Just like driving, you can get a ticket for Boating Under the Influence. Make sure you have a designated driver and be aware that sobriety tests may be conducted if you are suspected of operating a vessel under the influence. In Florida, a vessel operator is presumed to be under the influence if their blood or breath alcohol level is at or above .08 Any person under 21 years of age who is found to have a breath alcohol level of .02 or higher and operates or is in actual physical control of a vessel is in violation of Florida law.
