To ensure the safety of all passengers on our boats and watercraft, Florida law requires that anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, operating a pontoon boat, jet ski, or any watercraft with an engine over 10hp, must possess a boating safety education identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or the equivalent from another state.
Don't have a boating safety education card? Not to worry, you have options:
To obtain the Temporary Certificate, simply read the required information and complete a 25-question test. Don't forget to bring along a valid driver's license and the $3 fee for the test.
We take boating safety seriously and appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.
